“Every morning, I experienced the highlight of my stay: the breakfast. Eduardo, the chef, crafted exquisite dishes using local ingredients, and the presentation felt Michelin-star worthy. The pork belly with mole was heart-warming, and the fresh fruit bowl included the best figs I've ever tasted. The delicious hot chocolate made with authentic Oaxaca cacao bits was the cherry on top of this amazing breakfast experience!” read full review
